eyesight

for those who don't know and those who already know this and i just happened to have heard that if you're spending so much time drawing, coloring, and on the computer it can really damage your eyesight. i'm really conerned about my eyesight and for a good reason my glasses are very strong. there are ways to prevent this too.=(

just because ur draw and color is not going to damage ur eyes!!!! now if u stay to much on the comp ofcures its going to do that!!!

i should be more careful too >.< i heard that taking breaks helps, but i can never remember....
